Alleged Meth, Mushroom, MDMA, And Pot Dealers Indicted In Merrimack County
Plus, alleged strangler from Belmont, alleged thieves from Bow, Hooksett, and Pembroke, and Boscawen habitual offender, also all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Jason Paquette, 41, pictured upper middle, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, for possession of a controlled drug-psilocin/mushrooms and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute, both felonies, allegedly on April 21, 2017, at his home in Pittsfield.
Nicole Picknell, 33, of Bog Road in Bow, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly removing cosmetic products from the Kohl’s in Hooksett on June 1, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted twice before.

Brian S. Richards, 44, of Oak Street in Boscawen, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on King Street in Boscawen on May 18, 2017.
Randy Robbins, 45, of Union Road in Belmont, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly strangling a woman he knew in Franklin on June 11, 2017.
Samuel Robie, 35, pictured upper left, of Mass Avenue in Pembroke, on two felony counts of receiving stolen property – allegedly a cellphone, laptop, a Wii controller and games, tools, jewelry, and other items – in Pembroke on June 9, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in November 2010, and robbery in November 2015, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Christopher Ruggles, 44, pictured lower left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on May 24, 2017, in Concord.
Alton Ryan, 44, pictured lower right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, Buprenorphine, two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-methamphetamine, MDMA, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-MDMA, methamphetamine. The charges stem from alleged incidents on April 3, 2017, on Loudon Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2016.
Rebecca Santy, 34, pictured lower middle, of River Road in Bow, for felony delivery of articles prohibited-Clonazepam allegedly on May 18, 2017, while in the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
Russell Berry, 53, of Londonderry Turnpike in Hooksett, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for allegedly selling a vehicle at Classic Auto Works in Hooksett to another person but never delivering the vehicle.
