Concord Police Log: Man Allegedly Threatens to Kill Girlfriend with Tent Pole
Plus, Allenstown, Pembroke residents charged with theft, willful concealment.

Rex L. Brinkley, 37, of Hutchins Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:26 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2014, and charged with reckless conduct; place another in danger and resisting arrest or detention. According to arrest and court documents, a woman and a friend reported a domestic dispute allegation against Brinkley at police headquarters. The woman alleged that the pair had “an ongoing argument” during the last several days and Binkley allegedly threatened her life, smashed her phone, and followed her and the friend when she was trying to leave the area. She alleged that he screamed, “I’m going to kill you, give me my son,” while following her in a car. The woman’s friend alleged that he nearly rear-ended her vehicle during the confrontation. Police went to visit Brinkley and he was allegedly “aggressive and argumentative,” yelled “get out of my f---ing house” at the officers, and told them to “f--- off.” When they went to arrest him, he allegedly resisted. He was later reportedly yelling and screaming while being brought to the police cruiser and head-butted the center divider while in the car. He was held without bail.
Walter Irving Healey, 60, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. on Nov. 29, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested outside of the Red River Theatres while allegedly walking in the middle of South Main Street in an unsteady manner.
Randall Alan Hamilton, 24, of Maple Hill Drive in Belmont, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 25, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested after a traffic stop at the Steeplegate Mall.

Rhonda Jean Richardson, 43, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 24, for suspended registration after a traffic stop on Loudon Road.
Paul G. Laramee, 45, of Sheep Davis Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Nov. 19, and charged with three counts of simple assault and single counts of false imprisonment and criminal threatening after a July 6, 2014, incident on Black Hill Road. His ex-girlfriend alleged that she was “being tortured” and held in a homeless tent during the incident. According to a court document, police took pictures of a number of injuries on the woman. She alleged that he threatened to kill her saying, “You should kill yourself or maybe I’ll just kill you by driving a pole through your mouth,” as well as other threats. He was picked up by Pembroke Police and held on $10,000 cash bail.

Michael W. Durgin, 35, of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Nov. 18, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court on a driving after suspension charge from Nov. 12, $495 cash to settle. He was stopped on Loudon Road.
Marilyn J. Slocum, 53, of Fayette Street in Concord, received a summons at 11:27 a.m. on Nov. 17, on a simple assault charge from Oct. 27, 2014, from Riverbend on Fayette Street.
Richard Robert Ruddy, 25, of Gentian Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:31 a.m. on Nov. 16, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after a stop on Little Pond Road.
Alicia Marie Mullavey-Rix, 28, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Nov. 15, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from Sept. 20, 2014, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. She was arrested while driving on I-393.
Craig Stewart Laber, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 9:09 a.m. on Nov. 14, on a criminal trespass charge, for allegedly being on the railroad tracks behind Constitution Avenue.
Richard A. St. Laurent, 28, of Wildwood Drive in Pittsfield, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Nov. 13, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was stopped on Loudon Road after an officer noticed that the Volvo he was driving had an expired inspection sticker.
Nichole Mitchell, 30, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, received a summons at 11:25 a.m. on Nov. 12, on a willful concealment charge at the Dollar Tree on Fort Eddy Road for allegedly stealing maxi pads, elastics, and analgesic gel.
Christopher A. Frascinella, 38, of Deerfield Road in Allenstown, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. on Nov. 11, on a felony theft charge from Aug. 1, 2014, at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
