2 Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges In Portsmouth: County Court
Plus: Derry man indicted on arson charges; Nashua, West Lebanon man indicted on stolen vehicle charges; teen indicted on ID fraud, forgery.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Ryan E. Carroll, 33, of Cortland Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a 2006 Toyota owned by another man on April 4 in Londonderry.
Gregory Clifford Clark, 57, of Coburn Terrace in West Lebanon on theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of obtaining or excising control over a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 owned by another person on May 22, 2015, in Brentwood.

Kevin Joseph Clement, 36, of Witham Road in Epping on four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine, fentanyl, lorazepam, and buprenorphine in Epping on Jan. 6.
David Joseph Craveiro, 41, a transient currently located in Laconia, on solicitation delivery of articles prohibited and attempted delivery of articles prohibited, both felonies. He was accused of requesting a woman to send him substances while he was an inmate at the Rockingham County House of Corrections on Nov. 30, 2020.

Michael Daley, 35, of Four Rod Road in Rochester on a single count of driving after revocation or suspension on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth as well as four felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-crack cocaine, fentanyl, and cocaine, reportedly working in concert with Lace Meattey and Chantel Deschambault, on Dec. 6, and Dec. 30, 2020, in Portsmouth.
Scott Ryan Davidson, 33, of Harriman Hill Road in Raymond on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender accused of driving on Route 27 in Raymond on Sept. 28, 2020.
James P. Davis, 37, of Giles Road in East Kingston on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge in Exeter on Aug. 14, 2019.
Christopher Demers, 22, of Scobie Pond Road in Derry on two felony arson charges. He was accused of starting a fire on Abbott Street in Derry, by pouring an accelerant on a blanket and lighting it in the basement of the home, placing others in danger on Feb. 8.
Chantel Deschambault, 30, of Four Rod Road in Rochester on possession of crack cocaine and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-crack cocaine, accused of working in concert with Michael Daley, on Dec. 30, 2020, in Portsmouth.
Dana Dolan, 25, of Deer Street in Tilton on negligent homicide, manslaughter, reckless conduct, and conspiracy falsifying physical evidence. He was accused of leaving fentanyl in an area that was accessible to two children including one who consumed the drug and died on Nov. 15, 2020, in Londonderry. Destiny Alexis Duncan, 19, of Chesapeake Boulevard in Norfolk, Virginia, on identify fraud, fraudulent use of a credit card, and forgery charges, all felonies. She was accused of presenting another person’s license to cash a fraudulent check on Dec. 14, 2020, in Portsmouth.
Jeffrey A. Duty, 42, of Suzanne Drive in Portsmouth on felony theft by unauthorized taking and driving after revocation or suspension charges. He was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of items from Walmart in Portsmouth between Oct. 2, 2020, and March 10, and driving in Portsmouth on March 10.
