Alleged Rapist Arrested By Rockingham County Sheriffs

Plus, Hampstead man arrested on habitual offender, burglary charges and Derry residents arrested on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Patrick D. Bayer, 42, a homeless man now located in New Hampshire, was arrested at Sept. 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of cocaine possession.

Wyatt Sears, 23, of Silver Street in Milton, was arrested on Sept. 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Sean M. LaFrance, 31, a homeless man now located in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of theft. Ryan S. Emery, 31, Village Green Road in Hampstead, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of an original charge of habitual offender, on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution – second warrant – on an original charge of burglary.

Brian Woodward, 26, pictured, of Blaine Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for aggravated felonious sexual assault.

James M. Welch, 25, of Cottage Street in Wilmington, MA, was arrested on Sept. 19, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disp conf on an original charge of fentanyl possession.

Kevin J. Jordan, 24, of Portsmouth, was arrested on Sept. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a sup hearing on an original charge of fentanyl possession.

Kelly L. Bennett, 25, of Pembroke Drive in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on an original charge of theft.
