Sheriffs Arrest Seabrook Residents on Charges

Plus, Derry, Methuen, and Amesbury men face stolen property charges; Belchertown man arrested on bad checks charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Jared T. Roberts, 27, of Grovetown, was arrested on Sept. 23, 206, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea on a possession of cocaine charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a possession of heroin charge, and a bench warrant out of Lancaster District Court.

Daryl G. Gurley Jr., 23, of Railroad Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for deferred sentence on a receiving stolen property charge.

Basiliere, 24, of Main Street in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for viol prob on a theft charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a receiving stolen property charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for resisting arrest.

Richard J. Cybenko, 32, of Allen Road in Belchertown, MA, was arrested on Sept. 21, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a bad checks charge.

Justin A. Cooper, 32, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Exeter District Court for license req.

Brian D. Alliette, 37, of Pelham Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Sept. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent-receiving stolen property.

Gregory T. Brown Jr., 38, of Collins Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP-receiving stolen property.

Sean M. LaFrance, 30, of Summit Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Sept. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court for shoplifting.
