Alleged Seabrook Fentanyl Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

North Hampton man indicted for allegedly throwing urine at cops, alleged burglar from Exeter indicted, alleged Derry strangler indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Eric J. Dancause, 37, left, of Blodgett Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 9, 2017, in Salem.

Jamal J. Dayek, 28, lower middle, of Blunt Drive in Derry, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence for allegedly strangling another person on July 31, 2017, in Derry.

Raul Delgado, 34, of Cross Street in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 28, 2017, in Salem.

Daniel C. Delia, 28, lower right, of Grace Road in Woburn, MA, for receiving stolen property, fraudulent use of a credit card, and possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, all felonies. On May 30, 2017, he allegedly worked in concert with Dimitrios Calpouzos to use a stolen credit card to retain tools at Lowe’s in Salem.

James Delyani, 27, of Hampshire Drive in North Hampton, for aggravated assault by a prisoner and assault by a prisoner, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention, disorderly conduct, and two counts of criminal mischief. On Aug. 10, 2017, he allegedly threw blood and urine and kicked Hampton Police Department staff and officers.

Brandon Demers, 30, of Mast Road in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on May 6, 2014, in North Hampton.

William Demers, 43, upper right, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, for felony receiving stolen property. Between April 19, and June 12, 2017, he allegedly retained tools, generators, yard equipment, and solar lights in Londonderry.

Kory A. Deputy, 22, of Tiger Tail Road in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on Sept. 22, 2017, in Candia.

Christopher Deschenes, 34, of Cherry Street in Exeter, for felony burglary as well as two counts of criminal mischief allegedly between April 5, and April 6, 2017, on Front Street in Exeter.

Sabi Lee Donahue, 30, upper middle, of Walton Road in Seabrook, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly between March 1, and March 31, 2017, in Exeter.
