Derry Man Allegedly Fails To Pay Restitution After Burglary: Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Devin Rios, 22, of Island Pond in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for attempted sale of marijuana.

Anthony M. Jaskolka, 28, of Ann Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of receiving stolen property.

Paul Danusis, 42, of Little River Road in Hampton, was arrested on Aug. 8, 2017, on a bench warrant.

Robert E. Robbins, 36, of Highland Avenue in Hampton, was arrested on Aug. 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea-sent. on an original charge of fentanyl possession and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of sulfamethoxazole.

Mark T. Collins, 58, of Lane Road in Raymond, was arrested on Aug. 4, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Deric P. Faro, 32, of South Union Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Aug. 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of receiving stolen property, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP theft by deception, on a judge’s order to arrest for receiving stolen property, and on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP theft by deception.

Robert M. Dalton, 26, of Forest Ridge Road in Derry, was arrested on a judge’s order to arrest on Aug. 2, 2017, for restitution on an original charge of burglary.

Shannon A. Tobey, 30, of Frost Street in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 1, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on an original charge of theft by deception.

Cory M. Deshong, 28, of Orchard Circle Road in Farmington, was arrested on July 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def. sent. violation on an original charge of heroin possession.

Bruce D. Smith, 28, of Long Pond Road in Danville, was arrested at July 31, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of control premises drug kept.
