Derry Woman Indicted For Allegedly Spray Painting Car: Roundup
Derry woman indicted for allegedly stealing funds from firefighters, Dover, Exeter sex offenders arrested, Salisbury thief indicted again.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Michael Adams, 39, of Tremont Street in Exeter, on two felony counts of penalty; registration of criminal offenders. On Oct. 18, 2017, he allegedly failed to report sex offender information to police in Exeter.
Evan J. Anaya, 25, of Dugout Road in Hudson, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 16, 2017, he allegedly stole 10 Samsung tablets from Prime Zero Prep in Salem.

Adam J. Andersen, 46, right, with a last known address of Folsom Street in Dover, on two felony counts of failure to register as a sexual offender allegedly on Aug. 30, and Sept. 17, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Brendan M. Bates, 42, of Magnolia Street in Saugus, MA, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent allegedly on Aug. 30, 2017, in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a drug charges in the District of Columbia.
Samantha Bergeron, 26, of Raccoon Hill Road in Salisbury, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On April 27, 2017, in Chester, she allegedly stole money from another person. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.
Marie J. Blackstad, 48, of Drew Woods in Derry, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between November 2014, and March 2016, she allegedly made unauthorized purchases and withdrawals from the Chester Firefighters Association account.
Jewel Burke, 36, of Washington Street in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on Oct. 18, 2017, in Windham.
Kimberly J. Burke, 41, of Watson Road in Raymond, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, amphetamine-subsequent offense, allegedly on Aug. 30, 2017, in Raymond. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a drug charges in the District of Columbia.
Ross K. Burton, 29, of Route 27 in Raymond, for reckless conduct and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl after allegedly nearly striking another person with a vehicle on Oct. 19, 2017, in Epping.
