Man Arrested For Felony DWI After Route 125 Crash: NHSP Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Bay State man was arrested yesterday morning for drunk driving after allegedly crashing into a towed vehicle and another Massachusetts man at an auto dealership in Plaistow, according to state police. Joshua Doncaster, 27, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Oct. 28, 2017, for felony aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. At just before 1 a.m. yesterday, a 21-year-old Quincy, MA, man was attempting to unload a Jeep Liberty from a tow truck at the 125 Auto Mall on Plaistow Road in Plaistow, according to Sgt. Steven Wheeler of the NHSP.

Doncaster – who was driving a Ford Focus south on Route 125 – allegedly struck the jeep as well as the man attempting to off-load the vehicle. The man sustained serious, life threatening injuries and was transported to Lawrence General Hospital.

Neither Doncaster nor a passenger who was in the Focus at the time of the crash sustained injuries, according to Wheeler.

The New Hampshire State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction team was called to the scene. The incident remains under investigation, according to Wheeler, who noted that NHSP were assisted by Plaistow Police and Fire and Rescue teams.

Frederick Ryan, 39, of South Paris, ME, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Oct 18, 2017, for sale of a controlled drug-subsequent. He was arrested on I-95 North in Portsmouth.

Lisa Jennings, 52, of Dover, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 17, 2017, for soliciting a ride/limited access to highway and resisting arrest or detention on the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester.

Seth Winkle, 21, of Exeter, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for manslaughter, negligent homicide, and aggravated DUI. He was arrested on Middle Road in Epping.

Jessica Tucker, 30, of Deerfield, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack on I-93 North in Salem.

Jewel Burke, 36, of Penacook, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on I-93 in Windham.

Joseph Hart, 35, of East Falmouth, MA, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, two counts of receiving stolen property (between $1,500 and $1,001), two counts of disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, reckless conduct, reckless operation, conduct after an accident, and arrest prior to requisition. He was arrested after alleged incidents on I-93 South in Salem and Manchester.

Sean Dunn, 24, of Hudson, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2017, on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

James Dow, 48, of Lisbon, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-93 North in Salem.

Vilnis Berzins, 65, of Three Rivers, MI, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South in Londonderry.

Steven Kurelko, 42, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Oct. 13, 2017, for transporting drugs in a motor vehicle after a stop on I-293 North in Manchester.

A 17-year-old was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on Oct. 19, 2017, for DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, breach of bail, and unlawful possession/intoxication at the Route 4-Route 11 intersection in Andover.

Jesse Burke, 36, of Andover, was arrested on a bench warrant at 9:45 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, near Mike’s Auto, Route 11, in Tilton.

Deanna Fowler, 37, of Hill, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, for simple assault and criminal mischief. She was arrested on Park Street in Hill.

Josh Giles, 29, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:22 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent after a traffic stop on I-93 North in Bow.

Megan Brown, 24, of Grantham, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, for DUI – second or third offense, habitual offender, driving after revocation, driving after revocation-subsequent, two counts of criminal mischief, and yellow/solid line violation. She was arrested on I-89 South in Lebanon.

Nicole Jacobs, 29, of Litchfield, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2017, for DUI and DUI – second or third offense at the I-93 South Hooksett rest area in Hooksett. She was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2017, for breach of bail, resisting arrest, and pedestrian on roadway on I-89 North near Exit 1 in Bow.

Joseph Lallo, 41, of Newport, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 16, 2017, for driving after revocation-subsequent on I-89 South near Exit 6 in Hopkinton.

Kyle Millington, 21, of Fairfield, CT, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on Oct. 16, 2017, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention on Gould Road in New London.

Brian Quigley, 29, of Pawtucket, RI, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for DUI and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after a motor vehicle stop on I-93 South in Bow.

Megan Peterson, 25, of Rochester, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 30+ mph, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, DUI, and speeding – 21+ mph over 65 limit on I-93 South in Bow.

Alexander Haines, 19, of North Stonington, CT, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, hands free violation, and yellow/solid line violation on Water Street in Keene.

Eric Josephson, 32, of Worcester, MA, was arrested for DUI at 6:46 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2017, on Route in Ossipee.

Dana Lombardi, 57, of Conway, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for DUI on Lock Shop Loop in Conway.

Cody Wilkins, 26, of Wilmington, MA, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on Oct. 15, 2017, for DUI, speeding – 16 to 20 mph over 70 limit, and reckless operation. He was arrested on I-93 North in Ashland.

Scott Hamlin, 43, of Swanzey, was arrested at 10:13 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI – second or third offense, driving after revocation or suspension, and failure to use required turn signal on Granite Lake Road in Stoddard.

Daniel Levesque, 25, of Ossipee, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on Oct. 13, 2017, for aggravated DUI – attempt to elude police, aggravated DUI – passenger under 16, DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, disobeying an officer, and endangering a welfare of a child on Elm Street in Ossipee.
