NY Woman Arrested On Prostitution Charges: Portsmouth Police Log
Plus, a homeless sex offender arrested again, a Somersworth man allegedly violates protective order, and a Mass. man was charged with DWI.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Megan A. Morrison, 21, a homeless person now located in Portsmouth, was arrested on two bench warrants at 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2017. Also arrested were Danielle Paradis, 39, of Willow Street in Dover, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and Finnbjorn B. Jensen, 41, of no fixed address in Portsmouth, on two bench warrants. Officers were sent to a possible verbal domestic in one of the rooms on Gosling Road. They also checked the parking lot for a person who might have active warrants. After arriving at the scene, two women and a man were arrested.

Robert Grice, 51, of Franklin Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. Nov. 1, 2017, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested by Rochester Police on a Portsmouth warrant and transported to the tollbooth in Dover. Grice was transported to the Rockingham County Jail after processing.

Yame I. Qiu, 33, pictured, of Main Street in Flushing, NY, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2017, on two counts of prostitution and related offenses and massage practitioner license required. Police were sent to Rotary Circle after an employee at a business reported that there was unusual activity in one of the hotel rooms. Two guests, who didn’t speak English well, booked a room there at the ground level of the hotel, “at their request,” the report noted. Two older men had come to the room, stayed for about a half hour, and then left. Officers investigated and also spoke with a representative from the Department of State to assist with the call. One woman was taken into custody later.
Giuseppe Maini, 57, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Oct. 3, 2017, on two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and unlawful possession of prescription drugs. A detective was at Vaughan Mall with a man with an open warrant and requested another unit to assist with the arrest.

Edward F. True, 30, of Laurel Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Oct. 1, 2017, on two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested on a warrant.
Kevin Martin, 22, of Ponkapoag Way in Canton, MA, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, for driving while intoxicated after a stop on Maplewood Avenue and Vaughn Street.
Todd Bittner, 40, of La Puma Court in Los Angeles, CA, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, on two counts of simple assault. A man called police and alleged that another man yanked a shopping cart out of his hands, shoved the cart into him, and threatened him. Police took a description of the man as well as a woman driving a vehicle that he might be in. The vehicle was found Rye and Rye Police were called in to assist. One man was then arrested.
Adam J. Andersen, 43, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. on Sept. 28, 2017, for duty to report, registration of sex offenders; failure to comply, and a capias warrant. He was arrested after an off-duty officer spotted him at Market Basket on Woodbury Avenue.
