Exeter Man Indicted On Rape Charges In Rockingham County Court

Plus, Seabrook, Kensington women indicted on drug charges, Amherst man indicted on reckless conduct, and Derry woman indicted for burglary.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Michele A. Donovan, 52, of New Zealand Road in Seabrook, on three felony counts of possession of drugs-Diazepam, amphetamine and/or dextroamphetamine, Promethazine as well as driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and hands-free violation allegedly on July 5, 2017, in Hampton.

Forrest J. Dow Jr., 64, of Birch Court in Seabrook, on two felony counts of criminal threatening. On Oct. 12, 2017, he allegedly pointed a handgun at two people in Seabrook.

Jacob Druziako, 25, of Briarwood Lane in Amherst, on two felony counts of reckless conduct as well as resisting arrest or detention, two counts of disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension. On July 29, 2017, in Windham on I-93, he allegedly drove at high speeds, weaving in and out of traffic, to endanger and dragged a state trooper, attempting to flee the scene.

Cameron Duquette, 24, of Ledgewood Drive in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on March 17, 2017, in North Hampton.

Alan Dziob, 37, of Burnham Street in Berlin, CT, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Sept. 2, 2017, in Salem. Previously, according to indictment, he’s been convicted of prior offenses.

Glendon Eaton, 41, of Amesbury Road in Kensington, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on July 13, 2017, on Highland Road in Kensington.

Leonidas Eaton, 40, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On July 11, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with Amanda Eaton to obtain control of electrical wire at Lowe’s in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft.

Brian Elliott, 35, of Railroad Avenue in Merrimack, for possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine and burglary allegedly on Aug. 12, 2017, in Derry.

Allison Enwright, 44, of Beaver Lake Avenue in Derry, on two felony counts of burglary allegedly on July 29, 2017, in Derry.

Rachael Ferguson, 29, of Elm Street in Salisbury, MA, for felony delivery of articles prohibited-Clonazepam allegedly on July 17, 2017, in Exeter.
