Troopers Make DUI Arrests On I-93, Everett Turnpike: Blotter

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

Michele Donovan, 52, of Hampton, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on Landing Road in Hampton.

Sean Fell, 36, of Gonic, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on Sept. 10, 2017, for DUI. He was arrested on I-95 South in Hampton Falls.

Jesse McKinney, unknown age, of North Berwick, ME, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on Sept. 10, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested at Route 101 East in Hampton.

Marc Murphy, 28, of Rochester, was arrested at 7:47 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2017, for speeding – 26+ mph over 55 limit, suspension of vehicle registration, and driving after revocation or suspension on the Spaulding Turnpike South.

Stephanie Smith, 32, of Rochester, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2017, for criminal threatening-conduct. She was arrested in Rochester.

Troop B Blotter

A 16-year-old from Nashua was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2017, for reckless operation on the Everett Turnpike.

Stephen King, 24, of Merrimac, MA, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2017, for DUI, possession of a controlled drug, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-93 South in Londonderry.

Glen Smith, 24, of Kingston, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, driving without giving proof, and suspension of vehicle registration. He was arrested on I-93 South in Londonderry.

Nicholas Bissonette, 27, of Merrimack, was arrested at 1:07 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on the Everett Turnpike South in Merrimack. Also arrested was Stephanie Albino, 37, of Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug.

Megan St. Hilaire, 25, of Hudson, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 10, 2017, for DUI-second or third on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

John Esburnett, 18, of Milford, was arrested for DUI and unlawful possession/intoxication at 3:59 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2017, on I-93 South.

Jake Luongo, 21, of Tewksbury, MA, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North by Exit 1 in Salem.

Charles Paparello, 23, of Groton, MA, for driving after revocation or suspension on the Everett Turnpike at 1:40 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2017.

Joseph Njenga, 51, of Nashua, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2017, for DUI on Continental Boulevard in Merrimack.

Robert Ramalho, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2017, on a bench warrant on Fletcher Street in Manchester.

Troop D Blotter

Shirley Reynolds, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2017, was arrested on a bench warrant at the tollbooth in Hooksett.

Stephanie Porter, 28, of Wilton, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2017, for DUI after a stop on I-93 North near the Canterbury rest area.

Geoffrey Davis, 30, of Henniker, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on Sept. 12, 2017, for possession of a controlled/narcotic drug and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Old Concord Road in Henniker.

Matthew Kelly, 38, of Salisbury, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on Robie Road in Salisbury.

Ryan McAuley, 18, of Hanover, MA, was arrested at 9:24 a.m. on Sept. 10, 2017, for reckless operation on I-89 South in Sutton.

Arica Siegel, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 4:41 a.m. on Sept. 9, 2017, for reckless operation.

Jalen Murchison, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 6 a.m. on Sept. 8, 2017, on a bench warrant on I-93 South in Hooksett.
