Alleged Boscawen Drug Dealer, Others Indicted In Merrimack County

Franklin man indicted for I-93 road rage with gun incident plus Hopkinton teen, Peabody, Mass. man, Loudon man indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in November 2017, in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Dayna Cadiero, 20, upper left, of North Main Street in Boscawen, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, both felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive in Concord on July 14, 2017.

Edward G. Carey, 68, of South Main Street in Franklin, for felony criminal threatening. On June 13, 2017, in Canterbury, he allegedly pointed a pistol at a man on I-93.

Samuel Chase, 19, of Pinewood Drive in Hopkinton, for felony possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-Clonazepam allegedly on Sept. 20, 2017, in Concord.

Robert Clark, 29, lower left, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony duty to report. On Sept. 10, 2017, he allegedly failed to register with Concord Police. According to the indictment, he was convicted of duty to report in March 2017, and child pornography in April 2009, both in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jon Davidson, 51, of Route 129 in Loudon, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 30, 2017, in Allenstown.

Marc D. Devoe, 34, of Overlook Trail in Peabody, MA, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, Buprenorphine allegedly on Aug. 27, 2017, in Bow.

Nevin Drew, 29, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on Sept. 9, 2017.

Jacob C. Druziako, 24, of Briarwood Lane in Amherst, for possession of a controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl and two counts of reckless conduct, all felonies. On July 30, 2017, in both Concord and Loudon, he allegedly drove at a high rate of speed without his vehicle’s lights on a deflated tire while crossing a median.
