Maine Man Arrested On Fentanyl, Cocaine Dealing Charges: Report
Nashua woman indicted on reckless conduct drug charges, Auburn teen indicted on stolen property charge, Seabrook sex offender indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — Joseph Bond, 30, of Upper Cranney Hill in Weare, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as driving after revocation or suspension. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Aug. 23, 2017, in Salem.
Benjamin T. Bourgeois, 18, of Hooksett Road in Auburn, receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, as well as possession of marijuana and resisting arrest or detention. Allegedly while acting in concert with Milton Rivas, he reportedly was in possession of stolen items in Derry.

Robert Bourne, 55, lower left, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, on two felony counts of duty report and change of address. He allegedly failed to report his new address as well as new work vehicle registration to Seabrook Police on April 10, 2017. According to the state of New Hampshire, he was convicted in Plymouth MA Superior Court of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a victim under 13 in December 2000.
Christopher Briggs, 48, lower middle, of Leavitt Road in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on May 16, 2017, in Salem.

Korin Brown, 34, with a last known address of Lawrence Road in Hudson, for felony accomplice to burglary. On Sept. 23, 2016, Brown allegedly aided Joseph Vien by driving him to a Locke Road home in Rye.
Steven Bunch, 23, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-MDMA allegedly on May 28, 2017, in Portsmouth.
Wendy Burns, 48, of Worcester Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts of reckless conduct, all felonies. On Aug. 17, 2017, she allegedly exposed officers to fentanyl in Windham.
Janet M. Byrne, 57, of Exchange Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as disobeying an officer allegedly on June 29, 2017, on I-93 in Salem.
Tyler Cann, 25, lower right, of Varney Drive in Sanford, ME, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl with intent to sell of dispense and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, crack cocaine as well as well as three counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to yield at a stop or yield sign on I-95 in Portsmouth.
