Alleged Fentanyl, Carfentanil Dealers, Others Indicted In Merrimack County

Plus, alleged burglars from Laconia and Wolfeboro indicted and an elderly Concord man indicted for indecent exposure – again.

CONCORD, NH — April Allaire-Aubut, 41, of Pembroke Road in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly shoplifting items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted for willful concealment in Merrimack County Superior Court and theft in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Matthew Anderson, 28, pictured upper left, of Concord, incarcerated in the Rockingham County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony assault by a prisoner for allegedly punching an inmate in the face on June 18, 2017, while at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.

Reuven Aucoin, 23, pictured upper left middle, of Gulf Road in Henniker, on two counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, possession of a controlled drug-psilocin, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, psilocin with intent to distribute. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Gulf Road in Henniker in May, June, and July 2017. Matthew Barry, 31, pictured upper right middle, of Wolfeboro, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of burglary. On July 5, 2017, he allegedly burglarized an apartment on Pembroke Road in Pembroke.

Shaine Beaulieu, 23, pictured upper right, of Union Street in Laconia, for felony burglary for allegedly breaking into a building on North Main Street in Concord on Jan. 17, 2017.

Courtney Bennett, 23, pictured lower left, of Franklin, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for attempted sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-carfentanil and conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of a narcotic drug-carfentanil. The charges stem from an alleged incident on July 10, 2017, on Elkins Street in Franklin.

Janet Byrne, 56, of Exchange Avenue in Manchester, for felony delivery of articles to a prisoner-Buprenorphine allegedly on May 7, 2017, at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.

Karl Blake, 72, pictured lower left middle, of Concord, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison in Berlin at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of indecent exposure and lewdness. On May 16, May 26, and June 10, 2016, he allegedly fondled himself in front of others in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted for indecent exposure and lewdness in Sullivan County Superior Court in November 2001.

Michael Byrne, 24, pictured lower right middle, of Concord, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord at the time of the indictment, for felony delivery of articles to a prisoner-Buprenorphine allegedly on May 7, 2017, while in the state prison.

Timothy Byron, 29, pictured lower right, of Robin Shore Drive in Canterbury, for possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to dispense, and possession of a narcotic drug-heroin and fentanyl with intent to dispense. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Concord on June 16, 2017.
