Numerous NH Residents Fail To Appear On Drug Charges: Sheriffs

Plus, a Methuen man faces fentanyl charge while a Lawrence man faces a cocaine charge. A Kingston man, previously arrested, owed legal fees.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Louis P. Jones, 42, of Strathmore Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of fentanyl and ofc. cost. cont.-legal fees.

Andrew Holmes, 27, of Mill Road in Kingston, was arrested on Oct. 19, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc. cost. cont.-legal fees.

Joshua M. Picanso, 26, of West Broadway in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge. Cory R. Roukey, 29, of Elton Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of sale of fentanyl, on a judge’s order to arrest for sale of fentanyl, and a bench warrant out of Manchester District Court for conduct after an accident.

Tracey L. Pelletier, 31, of Laurel Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Tura J. Purnell, 31, of Gregoire Street in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of Alprazolam, on a judge’s order to arrest for shoplifting, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of marijuana, on a judge’s order to arrest for disorderly conduct, and on a judge’s order to arrest for littering.

Roberto A. Jimenez, 26, of Railroad Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Oct. 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea-sent. on an original charge of possession of cocaine, on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of Clonazepam, and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of a prescription drug.
