Portsmouth Habitual Offender Also Charged With Theft: Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — Theresa Marie Collupy, 40, pictured lower left, transient in the Nashua area, was arrested on Nov. 1, 2019, on three felonies first warrants for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of cocaine charges.

Matthew Reid Powell, 36, of Pine Knoll Road in Hampton, was arrested on Oct. 31 on a judge's order to arrest for marital non-support.

Jonathan S. Cunningham, 33, of Evelyn Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 31 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the scheduling conference on a fentanyl charge.

Michael Robert Lima, 27, of Bristol Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Oct. 20 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking, and theft charges.

Jeffrey Michael Doherty, 32, of High Street in Woburn, Massachusetts, was arrested on Oct. 30 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear disp. crack cocaine possession charge.

Courtney Heather Avery, 27, of Woodland Avenue in Lynn, Massachusetts, was arrested on Oct. 29 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at a prob. hearing on an original heroin possession charge.

Cindi Marzena Anderson, 36, upper left, of White Cedar Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on Oct. 25 on two felonies first warrants for failure to appear disp. on a theft and operating while a habitual offender charges.

Rhianna M. Light, 33, of Bluefish Drive in Fremont, was arrested on Oct. 24 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the plea-sent. on a controlled premise where cocaine was kept charge.

Tyana Jazmine Gonzalez, 26, of Abbot Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on Oct. 23 on a judge's order to arrest for deferred sentence-forgery charge.

William Richard Muse, 51, of Pine Street in Exeter, was arrested on Oct. 21 on a judge's order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of theft.
