Nashua Man Arrested On DUI Charges: Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Innocent Gasana, 31, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on two simple assault charges on Sept. 5, 2019.

Robert J. Caprood, 54, of Lowell Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 5, on domestic violence-stalking and breach of bail charges.

John Peter Wilcox, 48, homeless, was arrestedon Sept. 5, on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Donald Thompson, 51, of Progress Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 5, on an electronic bench warrant on a violation of a court order charge.

Gary Guertin, 29, of Willow Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Christopher M. Felix, 31, of East Hollis Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a criminal threatening charge.

Marion Lee Smith, 43, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, was arrested on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges due to two prior convictions.

Kindra Richards, 40, of Grapevine Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Sept. 5, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge.

Wayne P. Campbell, 55, homeless, was arrested on a capias warrant on Sept. 5.

Robert Lawrence Bonnell, 28, of Central Street in Nashua, was arrested on Sept. 5, on four counts of criminal mischief.

Charles J. Cate, 30, of South London Drive in Nashua, was arrested on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16+, DUI-second offense, and DUI-second offense-adult greater than 0.08 on Sept. 5.
