Salem Police Log: Exeter Man Arrested while Allegedly Shooting Up

Plus, a woman was arrested for child endangerment while others were arrested for willful concealment.

Christopher Isberg, 31, of Robinson Court in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on a willful concealment charge at 8:08 p.m. on Oct. 11, 2015. An employee at Target alleged that a man fled the store with a bag with electronics in it. The bag was later thrown in a wooded area. Isberg was later arrested and held after he refused bail.

Victor Alvarado, 27, of Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 12, on robbery (with a weapon), criminal threatening (with a deadly weapon), and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. Police were called to Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park for a Hispanic man involved in a shoplifting incident, fleeing the scene, and into the woods between the boulevard and I-93. Police caught up with the man and arrested him.

Shann L. Sarrette, 38, of Bacheller Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested for willful concealment at 4:21 p.m. on Oct. 12. Police were called to Bob’s at Cluff Crossing Road and arrested Sarrette. She was held on $1,000 cash bail.

Justin W. Bachert, 25, of Bryant Road in Manchester, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Oct. 13, for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions, and a bench warrant. He was arrested on a warrant.

Jeffrey A. Wolk, 26, of Peach Street in Exeter, was arrested at 1:18 p.m. on Oct. 13, for controlled drug (heroin, crack, less than one gram), subsequent. Police were called to Klemms Mobil on Pleasant Street for a report of a passenger in a black Crown Vic in the parking lot shooting up heroin. Wolk was later arrested and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.

Kari L. Houlne, 31, of Grove Avenue in Salem, was arrested at 2:53 p.m. on Oct. 13, for endangering the welfare of a child. Police were called to the La Quinta on Keewaydin Drive for a report of an unconscious woman, possibly a heroin overdose, in one of the rooms. When officers arrived, there was no one in the room. Later, police received a call about suspicious subjects on Stiles Road at the Dunkin’ Donuts. A manager reported that there was a man and a woman with a toddler with the woman using the bathroom and the man banging on the door asking if she was OK. The man and woman left the child at a table, according to the report. When they arrived, they realized that the woman, Houlne, was the same woman from the hotel call, and she was arrested. A detective took custody of a toddler, according to the report. The toddler appeared to be having an allergic reaction so Salem Fire was called to the scene.

Erica P. Eaton, 28, of Arthur Gordon Drive in Rowley, MA, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Oct. 13, for willful concealment after an incident at Kohl’s on Cuff Crossing Road.

Roy R. Recupero, 23, of Oakridge Avenue in Salem, received a summons at 9:10 p.m. on Oct. 13, for possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hashish, less than 5 grams) on Geremonty Drive.

Frank Criscietello, 34, of Ellsworth Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on Oct. 13, for falsifying evidence and possession of a controlled drug. He was arrested at Rockingham Park.
