Sheriffs Pick Up Goffstown Woman On Drug, Driving Charges
A homeless woman was arrested on drug, evidence charges, a Derry woman was arrested on drug charges, Hampton man was charged with burglary.

BRENTWOOD, NH â The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.
Diane M. Fahey, 29, a homeless woman now located in Raymond, was arrested on Dec. 14, 2017, on a judgeâs order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on a falsifying physical evidence charge, on a judgeâs order to arrest for falsifying physical evidence, and on a judgeâs order to arrest for possession of fentanyl.
Thomas M. Ash, 48, of Lowell Road in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Dec. 13, 2017, for criminal trespass.

Jessica R. Haynes, 45, of South Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Dec. 9, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-scheduled 1-4.

Brandon W. Whitney, 36, of Western Avenue in Lynn, MA, was arrested on Dec. 8, 2017, on a judgeâs order to arrest for possession of methamphetamine and on a judgeâs order to arrest for possession of Buprenorphine.
Kyle X. Smas, 22, of Dame Road in Newmarket, was arrested on Dec. 6, 2017, on a judgeâs order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of witness tampering. He was arrested again on Dec. 11, 2017, on a judgeâs order to arrest.
Jason P. Balser, 30, of Winnacunnett Road in Hampton, was arrested on Dec. 5, 2017, on a judgeâs order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of burglary and on a judgeâs order to arrest for theft by unauthorized taking.
Heather L. Austin, 29, of Jason Drive in Goffstown, was arrested on Dec. 4, 2017, on a judgeâs order to arrest for failure to appear at the disp. conf. on an original charge of possession of fentanyl, on a judgeâs order to arrest for displaying counterfeit inspection sticker, on a judgeâs order to arrest for counterfeit registration, on a judgeâs order to arrest for controlled premises where drugs were kept, and on a judgeâs order to arrest for registration required.
