NH Man Indicted On Numerous Child Sexual Assault Charges: Roundup

Concord thief indicted on charges, Goffstown women indicted on drug, forgery charges, and Bennington sex offender indicted on weapon charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Tong Akot, 22, of Hanover Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. On April 23, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly kicked in the door of an apartment on Cedar Street, ignored an order to leave, and struck another person with a piece of wood.

Alicea Milagros, 49, of Chestut Street in Manchester, for two felony counts of issuing bad checks. On June 3, and June 17, 2016, in Manchester, she allegedly uttered two checks for $1,500 each that she didn’t have funds for.

Heather Austin, 28, pictured right, of Jason Drive in Goffstown, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Aug. 19, 2017, in Manchester.

Gerald Bandieri, 35, of Massabesic Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-heroin allegedly on Aug. 13, 2017, in Manchester.

Kyle T. Beaulier, 36, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, for felony attempt to commit burglary. On July 4, 2017, he allegedly ribbed a magnetic screen door and turned the knob of a door on a Harrison Street in Manchester building.

Jean Beaulieu, 36, pictured center, of Fisherville Road in Concord, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception for allegedly fencing stolen jewelry on Oct. 9, 2016, at Cash For Gold in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted twice before of theft.

Allison Befort, 24, of Elm Street in Goffstown, on three counts of forgery. On April 25, April 28, and May 1, 2017, in Manchester, she allegedly signed the name of another on checks.

Thomas Belcher, 29, pictured left, of South Bennington Road in Bennington, for felony convicted felons for allegedly being in possession of metallic knuckles on Sept. 14, 2017, in Antrim. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on three felonious sexual assault counts of a victim over 13 but under 16 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in July 2015.

Richard Belcourt, 68, of Belmont Street in Manchester, for three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault, and five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-pattern, all felonies. Between Aug. 1, 2003, and July 31, 2017, he allegedly fondled a girl under 13 and/or 16 at the time and made her fondle him in Manchester.
