Alleged Throat Slasher, Strangler, Others Indicted In Rockingham County

Sandown woman indicted on 57 forgery counts, Newfields attorney indicted on financial exploitation charges, alleged drug dealers indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Diane Fahey, 28, of Nottingham Road in Raymond, on two counts of falsifying physical evidence and possessing of a controlled drug-fentanyl as well as driving under the influence for allegedly driving in the Dollar General parking lot in Raymond.

Jacob Fellows, 21, of Marshall Road in Kingston, on two felony counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence and three counts of domestic violence. On April 29, 2017, in South Hampton, he allegedly strangled, pushed, and struck in the head, a female intimate partner.

Jacob Follansbee, 24, pictured right, of Lafayette Road in Hampton, on three counts of burglary and criminal mischief, all felonies, allegedly on April 10, 2017, at two Lafayette Road addresses in Hampton and between July 2, and July 8, 2016, on Route 286 in Seabrook. Nellie Fowler, 57, pictured left, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for felony accomplice sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly in concert with Jerry Dow on March 7, 2017, in Hampton.

Thomas U. Gage, 57, of Newfields, on five counts of financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult, allegedly in Exeter between Jan. 1, 2015, and Jan. 31, 2016.

Eric Graham, 31, of Pine Cone Drive in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 5, 2017, in Seabrook.

Amy Hendershot, 27, of Main Street in Sandown, on 57 felony counts of forgery and theft by deception. The charges stem from alleged forged checks between July 15, 2016, and Jan. 4, 2017, in the amount of nearly $39,000.

Armand A. Hennis, 49, pictured center, of Cole Street in Hampton, for felony first-degree assault for allegedly cutting the throat of another person on May 15, 2017, in Hampton.

Jenssy Hernandez, 25, of Salem Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to dispense allegedly on April 28, 2017, in Hampstead.

Jeffrey Heuer, 54, of Ocean Avenue in Portsmouth, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on I-95 in Portsmouth on May 9, 2017.
