Concord Felon, With Priors, Arrested On Burglary Charge: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Hayden R. Cyr, born 2000, of Kingston was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2021, on a negligent driving charge after an incident on Storrs Street.

Kelly Dumont, 43, of Concord was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Nov. 12 on a resisting arrest or detention charge and a pedestrian fails to yield to traffic violation after an incident on Water Street.

Wayne R. Smith, 46, of Concord was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on Nov. 12 on felony burglary and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Grappone Conference Center on 70 Constitution Avenue. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Dec. 9. Smith also has active drug charges out of Concord.

Nicole Anne Callahan, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on Nov. 10 on a breach of bail charge after an incident on Cottage Court.

Adam Lee Thompson, 44, of Concord was arrested at 12:03 a.m. on Nov. 7 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on South Spring Street.

Jessica Duplak, 28, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on Nov. 6 on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug after an incident on Bog Road and a fugitive warrant and a bench warrant. Police were sent to the McDonald’s Restaurant on Fisherville Road for a report of a woman who had fallen asleep at one of the tables. When the officer arrived, they found a woman slumped into the corner of the table and recognized her to be Duplak due to prior contacts. During a check, dispatch reported she had a warrant from the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office in Maine for failure to appear in court on a drug charge and an electronic bench warrant out of Concord District Court, with $100 cash bail, for nonappearance in court on a domestic violence-stalking charge. The sheriff’s department told dispatch they would like to extradite Duplak and she was arrested and held without bail. She is due back in superior court on a dispositional conference on Dec. 13.

Tammy G. Beerman, born 1972, of Manchester was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Nov. 5 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Horace Matthew Seigler, born 1990, of Piedmont, South Carolina, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. on Nov. 4 on a public urination or defecation charge after an incident at Best Western on Hall Street.

Diana Doherty, 43, of Concord received a summons on two active bench warrants at 5:37 a.m. on Nov. 2 after an incident on Pitman Street.

Daniel Hill, 32, of Northfield was arrested on a warrant at 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 31 after an incident on Integra Drive. The warrant was a violation of probation charge issued by the superior court after he was convicted on two felony delivery weapon, contraband, etc. charges out of Boscawen from February 2020.

Joshua R. Plante, 25, of Concord was arrested at 10:33 p.m. on Oct. 28 on receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.

Danielle McHugh, 27, of Plymouth was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on Sept. 30 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street. She is due back in superior court for a dispositional conference on Dec. 16. McHugh also has active drug cases out of Tilton.

Richard R. Fortier Jr., 33, of Epsom was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Sept. 30 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident on Regional Drive.
