Career Criminal Arrested by Sheriffs on Theft Charge
Plus, Mass. man arrested for failure to appear at a felon in possession of a knife arraignment.

Rockingham County Sheriffs arrested the following people recently:
Marvin Velasquez, 28, of Andover Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on July 31, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of oxycodone charge and breach of bail.
Joshua G. Pike, 29, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia, was arrested on July 31, for delivery of articles prohibited.

Marc B. Krajewski, 35, of North Adams Street in Manchester, was arrested on July 30, for failure to appear at a disp hearing for possession of controlled drugs and operating after suspension.

Ashley E. Arbogast, 27, of Page Road in Kingston, was arrested on July 29, on a judge’s order to arrest for bail revocation of a heroin possession charge.
Jay L. Woodward, 46, of Margin Street in Salem, MA, was arrested on July 29, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a felon in possession of a knife charge.
Edward Ally, 59, of North Road in Brentwood, was arrested on July 29, on a Grafton County habitual offender charge.
Eric J. Porter Jr., 27, of Lakefront Street in Amherst, was arrested on July 28, for VOP on a theft charge.
Joseph F. LeBlanc, 51, of Harriman Hill Road in Raymond, was arrested on July 27, for failure to appear at theft by unauthorized taking and theft by deception charges plus, two counts of both issuing bad checks and forgery, as well as theft by deception.
Alexander S. Papastefanou, 32, of Dover Road in Chichester, was arrested on July 27, for VOP on a theft charge.
