Derry Man Indicted On First-, Second-Degree Assault Charges: Court
Plus: Kingston man and Chichester woman indicted on theft, credit card charges; Epping woman faces insurance fraud charge; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Peter Anthony Harkins, 34, of North Main Street in Rochester on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of returning a $638.88 computer to BJ’s Wholesale Club in Portsmouth on May 15, claiming it was not altered, which he knew to be false. Previously, twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Jocelyn Leigh Howard, 21, of Crystal Springs Road in Somersworth on three felony possession of a controlled drug, tramadol and fentanyl mix, fentanyl, and methamphetamine, charges on Dec. 7, 2020, and April 18, 2021, in Newington.

Greg Jarrett, 44, of Middle Road East in Kingston on identity fraud, fraudulent use of a credit card-two prior convictions, accomplice fraudulent use of a credit card, and accomplice theft by deception charges, all felonies. Between Jan. 1, 2021, and Feb. 28, he was accused of using an American Calan Inc. business credit card to rent a motorcycle in Northwood and acted in concert with Nicole K. Jarrett, 50, of Dover Road in Chichester, to use the company’s two credit cards to obtain more than $1,500 worth of purchases from other businesses, according to the indictment. She was also indicted on accomplice theft by deception, accomplice fraudulent use of a credit card, two theft by deception, and three forgery charges, all felonies.
Rilee Jordan, 30, of Pleasant Street in Epping on a felony insurance fraud charge. She was accused of submitting a claim for an accident to Progressive on March 26 in Raymond that occurred on March 14, when the accident occurred, while she did not have a policy.

Thomas Michael Joy, 31, of Rochester Hill Road in Rochester on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Jan. 22 in Hampton.
Michaela Cotter Kirby, 29, of Whittier Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a possession of fentanyl charge on July 25, 2021, in Salem.
Joshua Albert Lambert, 30, of Sugar Makers Way in Wilton on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on Sept. 16, 2021, in Salem.
Jolie L. Lesko, 21, of Elm Street in Methuen, MA, on a felony possession of alprazolam charge on Nov. 18, 2020.
Gregory J. Lorden, 47, of Railroad Avenue in Derry on first-degree assault, reckless conduct, and two second-degree assault charges, both felonies, as well as two domestic violence charges. Between March 1 and June 10, he was accused of strangling another person, cutting them with a knife, and whipping their foot with an electrical cord in Derry. On June 11, he was accused of hitting the same person in the hand and leg with a tactical shovel with a spear point and strangling the person again.
Mitchell F. McGrath, 32, of Brairwood Road in Woburn, MA, on aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of meth, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Route 102 in Londonderry on Feb. 26 while intoxicated and causing a motor vehicle accident with injury, and impairing an investigation by refusing to submit to a search warrant and allowing his blood to be taken.
