The owner of the Jeep, Crumley, had an active protective order against Callahan, according to dispatch. The officer saw two women in the vehicle and went to speak to them. According to an affidavit, Callahan admitted to drinking too much that evening and Crumley was driving her home. During questioning, both women initially denied there was an active protective order but later said it was dropped, the report said. The watch commander double-checked the order and found it to be active and that Callahan was still out on bail from the initial incident. She was arrested and held without bail.
