Exeter Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Woman accused of dispensing fatal fentanyl dose; NY man indicted on 11 ID fraud, theft charges; Newmarket man indicted on robbery charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Randy Elwell, 28, of Harriman Road in Raymond on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Sept. 18, 2021, in Raymond.

Elisha Lynn Escamilla, 34, of Salvail Court in Nashua on felony sale of a controlled drug-death resulting-fentanyl charge. She was accused of dispensing fentanyl to another person, who later died, sometime between July 10, and July 11, 2021, in Hampton. Brett Johnathan Ferraro, 34, of Portland Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to report a change of address to Seabrook police between June 20, and July 31, 2020.

Scott Anthony Ford, 53, of Mill Road in Brentwood on a felony habitual offender. He was accused of driving in the Walmart and-or Town Fair Tire parking lots in Newington on May 25 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Ricky Alan Gagne, 49, of Andrews Lane in East Kingston on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of saying something to the effect of, “I’ll go get my gun and shoot this place up,” retrieving a firearm, loading a round in the chamber, and walking back into an establishment on Jan. 14 in Exeter. Andrew Peter Gomez, 40, of North Shore Road in Derry on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a dagger and driving on Indian Rock Road after being deemed a habitual offender by the state on March 27 in Windham.

Archil Grdzelishvili, 43, of Benett Avenue in New York, New York, on theft by deception, two attempted theft by deception, three identity fraud, and five forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of posing as another person to defraud Bangor Savings Bank in Portsmouth and uttering altered Rockland Trust money orders on May 5.

Zachary J. Hebert, 26, of Elder Street in Newmarket on reckless conduct and conduct after an accident charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving into another person on River Street in Newmarket, causing injuries, and failing to give his information to police on April 22.

Bryant Stephen Holmes, 24, of Great Bay Woods in Newmarket on robbery, armed robbery, first-degree assault, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing the Irving gas station in Newmarket on June 5, throwing a bottle at and assaulting a store employee.

Marvenlee Horm, 43, of Cambridge Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft of lost or mislaid property charge. He was accused of obtaining a check for $12,000 from a Portsmouth real estate company when it only had a value of $2,000, and failed to return the $10,000, on March 2.
