Greenland Man Indicted On 7 Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Mario Farah, 27, a homeless man now located in Medford, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary and criminal mischief charges. He was accused of damaging a window and burglarizing a building on Ballard Road in Derry on Feb. 14.

Mark S. Foster, 30, of Spruce Street in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Derry on Dec. 28, 2021, and Jan. 2. Twice before, according to the indictment, Foster has been convicted on theft charges.

Jessica L. Fontaine, 39, of Forest Acres Drive in Haverhill, MA, on two identity fraud and two theft by deception charges, both felonies, as well as two theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges. She was accused of posing as another for the purpose of fraud and acquiring $8,800 in Hampstead and Epping on Nov. 6, 2021.

Thomas W. Frazer, 28, of Quarry Road in Hampstead on habitual offender and possession of meth charges, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer on Pond Street in Salem on March 5, 2021.

Ricky Alan Gagne, 49, of Andrews Lane in East Kingston on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of threatening to shoot another person in the head with a firearm inside of a business in Exeter on Jan. 14.

Justin A. Gates, 50, of Post Road in Greenland on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on March 25, 2021, in Portsmouth.

Stephen Hartson, 54, of Skyview Drive in Greenland on seven felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling a child and having a child fondle him between July 17, 2016, and July 16, 2021, in Greenland.

Malcolm Hawkins, 31, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner twice in Derry on March 26.

Brian Hutchins, 42, of Chester Road in Fremont on possession of clonazepam and possession of diazepam charges, both felonies, on Sept. 17, 2021, in Fremont.

Abdullahi Issak, 25, of Knox Street in Lewiston, Maine, on possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell or dispense charges, both felonies, on June 20, 2021, in North Hampton.

Herbert C. Janvrin, 35, of Park Circle in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of attempting to conceal and steal items from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Feb. 9 in Seabrook.
