Alleged Maine Burglar, NH Residents with Drug Charges, Others Indicted: Roundup

RI teen indicted for knife threat incident in Hampton, alleged Seabrook strangler indicted, MA man indicted for drugs after Salem I-93 stop.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Brock Cochran, 37, pictured left, a homeless man now located in Portland, ME, for felony burglary and false report to law enforcement. He allegedly burglarized a home on Pond Road in Derry on July 23, 2016, while giving a false name to police.

Daniel Colantoni, 30, of Jesse George Road in Plaistow for felony receiving stolen property and theft by deception. On Nov. 23, 2015, in Derry, he allegedly took control over currency that belonged to the Tool Liquidation Center after the theft of a Mikasa Plate Compactor belonging to another person.

Cote Colby, 21, of Route 125 in Kingston, for felony falsifying physical evidence, allegedly on March 25, 2016, in Plaistow, by providing a false name and birth date to an officer.

Justin A. Cooper, 32, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, for second-degree assault-domestic violence, a felony, as well as two counts of simple assault-domestic violence. On Aug. 26, 2016, in Seabrook, he allegedly strangled a woman and pushed her twice.

Theresa R. Copello, 22, pictured left, of Coles Grove Road in Derry, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, allegedly on Aug. 23, 2015, in Raymond.

Robert Cormier, 29, of Greenwood Street in Gardner, MA, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, Oxycodone, and driving after revocation or suspension, after a traffic stop in Salem on April 5, 2016. He was previously convicted, according to the indictment, including for operating after suspension in Dover District Court in 2015.

Elenizete Costa, 53 of Broadway in Methuen, MA, for two counts of title fraud, accomplice title fraud, and accomplice fraudulent handling of recordable writings, all felonies. In 2013, in Hampstead, she allegedly aided Michael Michel in committing crimes by signing titles purporting to work for Hot Wheels Auto Sales.

Tylar Costa, 19, of Stone Dam Road in North Scituate, RI, for felony criminal threatening. On July 28, 2016, in Hampton, he allegedly brandished a knife and threatened to “slice and dice” another person.

Richard Couture, 42, of Lafayette Road in Seabrook, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, for allegedly stealing two pairs of sneakers from the Plaistow Kohl’s on June 6, 2016, after previously being convicted of theft twice.

Travis Cox, 40, of Thurston Hill Road in Rutland, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and driving after revocation or suspension, allegedly on Aug. 18, 2016, on I-93 in Salem. He has previously been convicted of a drug offense, according to the indictment.

Edgar Cuevas, 24, with a last known address of Jackson Street in Methuen, MA, for felony bail jumping, allegedly on Aug. 26, 2016, in Brentwood. According to the indictment, he failed to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court on a theft charge.

Shannon Curtis, 29, of Blackwater Road in Dover, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly on July 31, 2016, in Hampton.
