Florida Man Arrested on Drug, Theft, and Forgery Charges: Sheriffs

Plus, homeless fugitive picked up, and Penacook, Portsmouth​, Manchester, and Bay State residents arrested on drug charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

James K. Purcell, 44, a homeless man now located in Brentwood, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2016, on a fugitive from justice warrant.

Kenneth L. Hebert, 42, of Snow Street in Penacook, was arrested on Oct. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a heroin possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a sentencing hearing for a theft charge.

James R. Slater, 27, of Lowell Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Oct. 31, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP receiving stolen property.

Joseph P. Gamester, 25, of 27th Street in St. Petersburg, FL, was arrested on Oct. 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a sale of a controlled drug charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for second warrant for failure to appear at a forgery charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft, and on a judge’s order to arrest for four counts of forgery.

Carlos D. McCauley, 32, of North Street in Georgetown, MA, was arrested on Oct. 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a possession of Adderall charge.

Michelle J. Goddard, 38, of Lincoln Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disciplinary conference on a cocaine possession charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for false report to law enforcement, and a bench warrant out of Merrimack for operating after suspension.

Ashley E. Drew, 25, of Springbrook Circle in Portsmouth, was arrested on Oct. 25, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing on a fentanyl possession charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a heroin possession charge.
