Rockingham Sheriffs Roundup Mass. Residents On Various Charges
Plus, Danville, Kingston and Merrimack men allegedly fail to appear in court while a Raymond man was arrested on drug premises charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
Nenia C. Pagie, 28, of Cummins Highway in Mattapan, MA, was arrested on July 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for willful concealment.
Cote T. Colby, 22, of Route 125 in Kingston, was arrested on July 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disp conf on an original charge of falsifying physical evidence.

Brian J. Fredette, 35, of Thornton Road in Merrimack, was arrested on July 2, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft.

Walter J. Davis, 42, of Harriman Hill Road in Raymond, was arrested on June 29, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent violation on an original charge of cont premises drug kept.
Christina S. Bernbaun, 19, of Warren Avenue in Malden, MA, was charged on June 29, 2017, for transportation of alcohol by a minor.
Jacob A. Hemeon, 36, of Caleb Drive in Danville, was arrested on June 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of theft and on a judge’s order to arrest on two counts of receiving stolen property.
Susan M. Philbrick, 51, of Martin Terrace in Dracut, MA, was arrested on June 26, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a pre-trial hearing on two counts of theft and on a judge’s order to arrest for second warrant failure to appear at a hearing to impose sentence.
Tiffany M. Ahearn, 31, of Lowell Boulevard in Methuen, MA, was arrested on June 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.
Charles G. Gallagher, 39, of Monmouth Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on June 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for escape – FTR in the Rockingham County Jail on an original charge of willful concealment and a bench warrant out of Salem District Court for willful concealment.
