Teen Indicted on Issuing Bad Check Charges: Roundup
Mass. man charged with escape, Danbury, Merrimack men indicted on drug charges, alleged Somerville strangler indicted after Salem incident.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in March in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Eric E. Earle, 21, pictured far left, of South Main Street in Newton, for receiving stolen property, a felony, and disobeying an officer. On June 27, 2016, he alleged retained a vehicle owned by another in Kingston.

Lauren Ferguson, 18, with a last known address of Main Street in Plaistow, on two felony counts of issuing bad checks. On Aug. 25, and Sept. 1, 2016, in Plaistow, she allegedly withdrew thousands of dollars from a TD Bank account that had insufficient funds in the account.
Michael Francks, 35, of Brad Chase Road in Danbury, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on July 2, 2016, in Salem.

Brian Fredette, 34, pictured right center, of Thornton Road in Merrimack, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and theft by unauthorized taking. On Sept. 2, 2016, in Londonderry, he alleged stole items from Walgreens. He has previously been convicted of prior offenses, according to the indictment.
Dustin Gagnon, 29, pictured left center, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 1, 2016, in Salem.
Charles G. Gallagher, 39, of Monmouth Drive in Lawrence, MA, for felony escape after allegedly failing to report to confinement to the Rockingham County House of Corrections on Sept. 9, 2016, in Brentwood.
Kelly Gallant, 42, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for felony forgery. On Sept. 3, 2016, in Derry, Gallant allegedly uttered a check from a company account that did not belong to her.
John Gebo, 31, pictured upper left, with a last known address of Spruce Street in Manchester, for felony assaults by prisoners. On Dec. 14, 2016, in Brentwood, he allegedly threw a cup of water at another person.
Tyana Gonzalez, 23, of Oakland Avenue in Methuen, MA, for felony forgery. On Sept. 20, 2016, in Salem, she allegedly drew more than $6,100 on an account that did not belong to her.
Thomas Gorgone, 52, of Washington Street in Somerville, MA, on three counts of second-degree assault and criminal restating, all felonies, as well as simple assault and driving after revocation or suspension. On Nov. 27, 2016, in Salem, he allegedly strangled a woman with a scarf and punched her in the face.
