Sheriffs Arrest Concord Man on Escape, Mischief Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department.

Nicholas S. Delahunt, 32, of North Shore Road in Shapleigh, ME, was arrested on April 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for disobeying an officer, and on a judge’s order to arrest for operating after revocation.

Walter W. Ward, 49, pictured in this file photo, of Hall Street in Concord, was arrested on April 3, 2017, for escape and criminal mischief.

Geoffrey I. Booker, 29, of East Road in Plaistow, was arrested on March 30, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the probation hearing on an original charge of possession of heroin, on a judge’s order to arrest on a second warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of fentanyl, a bench warrant issued by Candia District Court for willful concealment, a warrant out of Plaistow for shoplifting, and a warrant issued by the Rochester Police Department for willful concealment.

Brian P. Craig, 46, of High Street in Derry, was arrested on March 30, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support.

Anthony J. Cicirelli, 33, of Valley Street in Concord, was arrested on March 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc cost cont legal fees.
