Woman Allegedly Fails to Appear in Court on Fentanyl Charge

Sheriffs: Windham man arrested for marital non-support, Salem man, Barrington teen fail to appear on theft charge, Danville man charged.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Amber M. Wetzel, 26, of Polly Ann Park in Dover, was arrested on April 14, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of issuing bad checks and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of issuing bad checks.

Joseph Rioux Sr., 29, of Rockingham Road in Windham, was arrested on April 13, 2017, for contempt capias-marital non-support and a bench warrant out of Nashua District Court for operating after suspension.

Brendon C. Ouellette, 19, of Province Road in Barrington, was arrested on April 12, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing on an original charge of criminal mischief and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft.

Caitlyn F. Dalrymple, 31, pictured in this file photo, a homeless woman now located in Bow, was arrested on April 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a prob hearing on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Aja R. Garringer, 32, of Parker Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on April 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of Alprazolam.

Daniel R. Heath, 27, of Blake Road in Salem, was arrested on April 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of theft.

Brian D. Arnold, 20, of Timothy Street in Danville, was arrested on April 10, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP New Hope seventh violation on an original charge of falsifying evidence.
