Mass. Residents Rounded Up on Theft, Other Charges

Robbi D. O’Rourke, 28, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 20, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for heroin possession and cocaine possession.

Frederick E. Estes IV, 20, of Green Street in Manchester, on Nov. 19, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a bail jumping charge on a possession of controlled drug charge, and failure to appear on an arraignment on a heroin charge.

Justine L. Adams, 24, of Agent Road in Raymond, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a judge’s order def. sent. violation on originally two charges of receiving stolen property.

William E. Johnson Jr., 58, of Essex County House of Corrections in Lynn, MA, on Nov. 19, for VOP on an original charge of receiving stolen property.

Jason C. Cheney, 36, of Briarwood in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge and failure to appear at a theft by deception charge.

Kyle T. Dennis, 25, of Bedard Avenue in Derry, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a judge’s order to arrest for failing to appear at the following charges – two theft counts, resisting arrest, and operating after revocation.

William R. Chenard, 39, of Herrick Road in North Andover, MA, was arrested on Nov. 19, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an arraignment on three theft counts.

Siobhan J.K. Hameline, 30, of Bailey Avenue in Allenstown, was arrested on Nov. 19, for VOP on a heroin possession charge.
