Sheriffs Arrest Man on Strangulation Charge

Plus, numerous Massachusetts residents picked up on drug, theft, fraud, and evidence charges.

The following people were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office:

Travis Philbrick, 31, of Danville Road in Fremont, was arrested on Sept. 10, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Sandra L. Boda, 27, of Wildwood Road in Auburn, was arrested on Sept. 10, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

Bruce D. Smith, 26, of Long Pond Road in Danville, was arrested on Sept. 10, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Papo P. Diaz Jr., 44, of Hampshire Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Sept. 10, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a cocaine possession charge and falsifying physical evidence.

Robbi D. O’Rourke, 28, of Maple Street in Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 10, for VOP on a possession of cocaine charge and VOP on a possession of controlled drug (heroin) charge.

Hector W. Arroyo, 46, of South Broadway in Lawrence, MA, was arrested on Sept. 9, for failure to appear on a reckless conduct charge, theft by unauthorized taking, conduct after an accident, and reckless conduct-motor vehicle on a police officer.

Thomas G. Brown Jr., 37, of Walton Road in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 9, for VOP in New Hope on a strangulation charge.

Rick M. Brown, 25, of Willowwood Street in Dorchester, MA, was arrested on Sept. 9, for theft and failure to appear at the arraignment of a fraudulent use of a credit card charge.

Joel Nieves, 29, of Gorham Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Sept. 8, for failure to appear at the arraignment of a receiving stolen property charge and theft by deception.
