NHSP: A Busy Week for Crashes, Arrests

Plus, a roundup of people charged by the New Hampshire State Police.

The New Hampshire State Police made the following arrests this week:

Kwaku Nsiah, 47, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on March 12, 2015, on charges after reportedly being caught being a deported felon with false documents.

Jose Suero, 29, of Lawrence, was arrested on March 11, on multiple counts of tampering with public records, unsworn falsification, prohibitions, and an outstanding warrant for a probation violation out of Massachusetts. State Police allege that Suero was attempting to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license using fraudulent documents. He was held without bail.

Keith Thurber, 47, of Bartlett, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on March 11, for possession of a controlled drug; less than 5 grams of marijuana/hashish in Ossipee.

Leon Garrett, 19, of Moultonborough, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on March 11, for possession of a controlled drug heroin/crack, less than 1 gram and a bench warrant.

George White, 55, of Intervale, was arrested at 1 p.m. on March 11, for prohibitions re: driver’s license and driving after revocation/suspension, subsequent, on Route 25 in Moultonborough.

Samuel Staples, 23, of Ipswich, MA, was arrested at 11 p.m. on March 10, for possession of a controlled drug; less than 5 grams of marijuana/hashish in Ossipee.

Randall Owen, 26, of Saratoga Springs, NY, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on March 6, for drive after revocation or suspension; possession controlled drug: marijuana/hash less than 5 grams on Charlestown Road in Claremont.

David Bryant, 35, of Springfield, was arrested at 11:42 p.m. on March 5, for simple assault.

Corey Rasnick, 20, of Charlestown, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 4, for unlawful possession/intoxication on Cheshire Turnpike on Charlestown.

Shamus Sullivan, 33, of Peterborough, was arrested at 245 a.m. on March 1, for DUI; adult greater than .08; minor greater than .02; possession controlled drug: marijuana/hash less than 5 grams, possession; drive after revocation or suspension; suspension of vehicle registration on Route 9 in Chesterfield.

Kevin Maggard, 26, of Effingham, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on March 4, for possession of a controlled drug, disobeying an officer, and operating without a valid license where a license is required.

Vincent Napolitano, 54, of Bristol, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on March 4, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Route 104 in Meredith.
