Alleged Burglars, Drug Dealer, and Sex Offender Indicted: Roundup

Plus, alleged Hooksett and Nashua stranglers indicted, woman indicted for robbery in Hudson, and Brookline woman indicted for heroin.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently.

Ethan Saunders-Shepherd, 29, of Fernwood Street in Hudson, for felony possession with intent to distribute (hash oil/cannabis) on Nov. 23, 2015, in Nashua.

Robert Scott, 27, with no fixed address in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault. On Jan. 7, 2016, he allegedly strangled a relative in Nashua.

Andrea Shamp, 23, of Hood Road in Brookline, for felony possession of heroin on Dec. 8, 2015, in Nashua.

Dallas Sheldon, 20, of Grant Street in Hooksett, for felony second-degree assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening, two counts of domestic violence-criminal trespass, and two counts of domestic violence. On March 15, 2016, in Milford, he allegedly strangled his ex-girlfriend, pushed her against a wall, trespassed on her property, and threatened to “kill her” and “feed her rabbit bleach and kill it.”

Marion Smith, 40, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On March 16, 2015, he allegedly stole $24 worth of merchandise from the Gulf gas station on Broad Street in Nashua. Smith allegedly stole about $17 worth of items from the Hannaford in Nashua on Dec. 29, 2015. He was convicted of theft in May 2004 and August 2005 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

James Sorensen, 48, of Stockton Drive in Nashua, for felony duty to report. On May 6, 2015, he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender with Nashua Police.

Melissa Swenson, 26, with a last known address of Pine Hill Road in Nashua, for felony burglary. On Nov, 2, 2015, she allegedly burglarized Burger King in Nashua.

Ashley Thibodeau, 27, of Central Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-second offense on Dec. 11, 2015, in Nashua. She was previously convicted in February 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Alexander Twardosky, 23, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on four felony burglary counts. On Dec. 20, and Dec. 27, 2015, as well as Jan. 9, and Jan. 11, 2016, Twardosky allegedly burglarized an apartment on Kinsley Street.

Muriel Vachon, 55, of Anvil Drive in Nashua, for felony robbery. On Dec. 17, 2015, she allegedly pushed a man while attempting to steal merchandise from Walmart in Hudson.
