Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County Court
Nashua thief indicted on another theft charge, Milford habitual offender indicted, and stolen Patriots jersey lands another man in court.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in April.
Mark Palmer, 36, pictured upper left, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, for allegedly removing merchandise from the Target in Nashua on Dec. 23, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft in June 2010 and October 2015.
Dusan Perez-Alvarado, 56, of Ledge Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Jan. 13, and Jan. 17, 2017, in Nashua.

Marcus Persons, 24, pictured upper left center, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent allegedly on Jan. 3, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a narcotic in Hillsborough County Superior Court in September 2015.

Daniel Pihl, 28, pictured lower right, of Elm Street in Milford, for felony habitual offender allegedly on June 28, 2016, on West Hollis Stret in Milford.
Jason Poloski, 38, pictured upper right center, of no fixed address in Nashua, for sale of a control drug-fentanyl-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. The drug charges stem from alleged incidents in February 2017, in Nashua. He allegedly stole a Patriots sweatshirt from Walmart on Jan. 31, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, Poloski was convicted of possession of narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in 2016. He was convicted of theft in 2016 in Rockingham County Superior Court and theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in 2013.
Brian Poulin, 38, pictured lower left, of Pal Street in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, common nuisances, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Nashua in September 2016, and Hollis in November 2016.
Dawn Pyles, 39, pictured upper right, of Myrtle Street in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and common nuisances, both felonies. On Feb. 17, 2017, in Nashua, she alleged sold the drugs. The indictment alleges that she maintained a drug dean on Myrtle Street in Nashua between May 1, 2016, and Feb. 22, 2107.
Eugene Robinson, 49, pictured lower left center, of Wilder Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Jan. 27, 2017, in Nashua.
Bernaldo Santiago Rosario, 26, pictured lower center right, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl with intent to distribute and sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allege on Jan. 27, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in April 2015.
