Alleged Employee Thief, Prostitute with Meth Indicted: Roundup
Habitual offender from Nashua indicted for fourth DWI, alleged Litchfield burglar indicted, Milford woman indicted for forgery, ID theft.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Gerard McPhail, 35, of Chandler Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, on Feb. 11, Feb. 16, and Feb. 18, 2016, allegedly to an agent working for the Nashua Police Department.

Michelle Martinez, 46, incarcerated, for forgery, attempted theft by deception ($1,501+), two counts of identity fraud, all felonies, and four counts of receiving stolen property (under $1,000). On April 15, 2016, in Milford, she allegedly forged a check for $2,475, pretended to be multiple people while controlling their driver’s license, license plate, and a check.
Jason Noury, 40, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing items from CVS in Nashua on Aug. 22, 2016, after previously being convicted of theft and receiving stolen property in Nashua and Plaistow district courts.

Ann Pellegrino, 40, of Peace Street in Billerica, MA, for felony theft by deception for alleged fraudulent returns of more than $1,500 at the Advanced Auto Parts on Main Street in Nashua between January and April of this year.
Paul Petersen, 54, of no fixed address in Nashua, for habitual offender and operating under the influence-fourth offense, both felonies. On May 16, 2016, he allegedly drove drunk on Amherst Street in Nashua. He was convicted of DWI in May 2010 and December 2014 as well as aggravated DWI in July 2010 in Nashua District Court.
Brett Robinson, 35, of Flintlock Lane in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine on April 11, 2016, in Nashua.
Julio Roman, 39, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on April 21, 2016, in Nashua.
David Sequeira, 41, of Auburn Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On April 5, 2016, in Hudson, she allegedly stole items from Walmart. He was previously convicted of theft in 2012 and 2013.
Michelle Smith, 36, of Westford Road in Tyngsborough, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent, allegedly on May 5, 2016, in Nashua. She was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court for possession a controlled drug.
Meghan Southern, 28, of Oak Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, subsequent, allegedly on April 3, 2016, in Nashua, after previously being convicted of possession in December 2012 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Joseph Stapf, 35, of Burgess Street in Litchfield, for felony burglary. On Aug. 27, 2015, he allegedly burglarized a home on Dow Road in Hollis.
Edward Thomas, 46, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and three counts of prostitution. Police allege that he was paid money for sex acts on March 16, March 17, and March 21, 2016, in Nashua. On March 23, he was allegedly in possession of meth and marijuana in Nashua.
