Alleged Fraudsters, Drug Dealers, Assaulters and Indicted: Roundup

Nashua felon indicted for drugs, a switchblade, woman reportedly forged school check, and Mass. man allegedly pummeled victim with metal.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court.

Tyrone Hall, 22, of Cedar Street in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. On Jan. 20, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly retained access to a woman’s credit card and took $200. He was previously convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in October 2015 in Manchester District Court and August 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Brian Hayward, 30, of Ledgewood Hills in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property for allegedly retaining a credit card of another person on June 2, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in February 2015 in the 9th Circuit Court and December 2014 in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Patrick Jordan, 45, of William Court in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-heroin and felon in possession of a deadly weapon. On June 2, 2016, he allegedly sold the drug to an agent of the Nashua Police Department and was possession of a switchblade at the time. Jordan was convicted of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon in Orlando FL District Court in December 2010.

K.C. Lontine, 22, incarcerated, for felony robbery. On June 2, 2016, he allegedly robbed the Walgreen’s in Hudson and demanded Percocet and Oxycodone from pharmacists at the store.

Michelle Martinez, 46, incarcerated, for forgery, attempted theft by deception ($1,501+), and identity fraud, all felonies. On March 25, 2016, she allegedly posed as another person and defrauded the Gingerbread School House and Citizens Bank by drawing $2,450 from an account.

Rodney Maulding, 29, no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on May 21, 2016, in Nashua.

Nuno Nogueira, no fixed address in Lowell, MA, for possession of a controlled drug-Diazepam and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, as well as attempted theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking. On May 17, 2016, he allegedly stole a cellphone belonging to another person. The next day, he allegedly used a credit card that didn’t belong to him to purchase $350 worth of JC Penney gift cards. The drug and falsifying incidents allegedly occurred in Nashua.

Jesse Nohelty, 25, of Paxton Terrace in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on April 13, April 14, and May 2, 2016, in Nashua.

James Robinson, 25, of Salem Road in Billerica, MA, for robbery, first-degree assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal threatening, all felonies. On June 1, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly struck another person with a tire iron or metal pipe in the head while yelling, “I’ll f---ing kill you!”

John Trites, 29, of Maple Street in Manchester, for felony criminal liability to sale of a narcotic drug. On May 26, 2016, he allegedly aided Christine Guay in selling drugs by driving her to the sale location in Nashua.

Paul Williams, 22, of Hanover Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly on Dec. 18, 2015, in Nashua.
