Alleged Forger, Drug Dealers, Assaulter Indicted: Roundup
Nashua man who allegedly stole cars, caused turnpike crash, indicted on more charges; a Greenville man is indicted for baseball bat attack.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Ayeni Anayimi, 37, of Gordon Avenue in Providence, RI, for felony forgery. On Feb. 17, 2016, he allegedly defrauded Walmart in Hudson with fake currency.

Dillon Batchelder, 22, of Main Street in Greenville, for two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. On June 24, 2016, in Greenville, he allegedly struck another man in the head and arm with an aluminum baseball bat.
Jonathan Calvin, 32, of Main Street in Nashua, for robbery and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On April 14, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly stole a woman’s Nissan and yelled, “Give me the f---ing keys,” while grabbing for the keys and placing her in fear.

Joel Colon, 19, incarcerated, for six felony counts of sale of a controlled drug, six felony counts of sale of a counterfeit drug, and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense. In March 2016 and November 2015, he allegedly sold fentanyl – and a drug he claimed to be heroin – to an individual cooperating with the Nashua Police Department. In one instance, he was allegedly working in concert with Arielluis Collado to sell fentanyl in Nashua. He was also allegedly in possession of crack cocaine during another instance, according to an indictment.
Adam Dallaire, 32, incarcerated, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-heroin, subsequent, on Feb. 17, 2016, in Nashua. He was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2015.
Allison DeJesus, 30, of Pepperell Circle in Nashua, for felony possession of fentanyl on April 12, 2016, in Nashua.
Daniel Frost, 25, of Pine Hill Road in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent, for allegedly selling the drug to a cooperating individual on May 26, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of an offense in March 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
John Garcia, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of controlled drug-heroin, on April 27, and May 16, 2016, to an agent working with the Nashua Police Department.
Christine Guay, 26, of Catamount Hill Drive in Allenstown, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, both felonies, as well as two counts of possession of a prescription drug-hydrocloride and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. She was arrested on May 26, 2016, in Nashua.
