Alleged Strangler, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Merrimack man faces reckless conduct, other charges, convicted Nashua thief, burglar charged again, alleged welfare fraudster also indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Omile Albino, 40, pictured lower center, of Major Drive in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, and sale of a counterfeit drug-heroin, both felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Dec. 15, 2016, in Nashua. Previously, Albino was convicted of possession in August 2016, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Fernando Alvarez, 28, pictured lower left, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – the allegedly theft of items from Kohl’s in Nashua on Jan. 21, 2017. He has previously been convicted twice – of burglary in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2014 and theft in Nashua District Court in August 2012.

Katherine Bathrick, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-heroin, acetyl fentanyl, and fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 5, 2016, in Nashua.
Denise P. Boisvert, 55, of Union Street in Manchester, for felony welfare fraud. Between April and December 2015, she received medical assistance and food stamps – more than $10,290 worth – after allegedly intentionally failing to disclose all her employment income.

Keisha Celestin, 26, pictured upper center, of Pearl Street in Everett, MA, for felony reckless conduct as well as two counts of resisting arrest or detention, hindering apprehension, and conduct after an accident. On Jan. 3, 2017, in Nashua, she allegedly drove away from a traffic stop while an officer was positioned inside the car, refused to stop the vehicle while attempting to hinder apprehension of Maurice Wynn, who was wanted for theft, and failed to leave her information after a crash on Gusabel Avenue.
Christopher A. Charles, 34, of Avon Place in Springfield, MA, for felony identity fraud while allegedly defrauding Sprint of goods and services while using the information of another person to obtain a cellphone on Nov. 29, 2016, in Nashua.
Dylan Conroy, 21, of Speare Road in Hudson, for two felony counts of assault by prisoner and resisting arrest after allegedly spitting in the face of an officer in Hudson on Feb. 11, 2017.
Kristine Crotty, 24, pictured upper left, of Cata Way in Litchfield, for felony sale of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on March 26, 2016, in Nashua.
Andrew Darling, 24, pictured lower right, of Shelburne Road in Merrimack, for second-degree assault, two counts of reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and two counts of domestic violence, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault. On Jan. 28, 2017, in Merrimack, he allegedly struck a woman – an intimate partner – with a loaded firearm, pointed it at the woman and threatened her, strangled her, used physical force to block her movement, and punched a bathroom door.
