Concord Woman Arrested Again In Merrimack On Violation Charge
Tonya Delia of Concord was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge Sunday. She's accused of text messaging a protected party.

MERRIMACK, NH — A woman was arrested and held without bail Sunday after being accused of violating a protective order. Around 9 p.m., officers were sent to a home in town to investigate a complaint about an order violation. They met with the victim in the case and learned Tonya Delia, 48, of Willard Street in Concord "is restrained from having any contact with the victim," according to Lt. Michael Marcotte of the Merrimack Police Department.
"They found evidence that Delia had contacted the victim via text message earlier in the day," he said.
A 12-hour stalking "stop and arrest" order was issued and later, Delia was picked up by Concord police. She was taken to Merrimack, charged with violation of a protective order, processed, and held without bail in the Hillsborough County House of Corrections. She was scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
