Concord Man Arrested On Sexual Assault, Trespass Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert L. Ayer, born 1981, of Loudon, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2019, on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on South Main Street near Gibson's Bookstore.
Bryan Sprague, born 1989, of an unknown address, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 12 on a stalking charge after an incident at the methadone clinic on Hall Street.
Terence I. Wigglesworth, born 1992, of Boscawen, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 10 on two warrants. He was arrested in the Storrs Street Garage.

Tonya M. Delia, born 1971, of Concord, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. on Nov. 9 on a violation of a protective order charge.
Nicholas Johnpier, born 1982, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. on Nov. 7 on an attempt to commit criminal mischief charges in the area of South Main and Hall streets.

Brandon Lane Pru, born 1982, of Chichester, was arrested at 11:09 a.m. on Nov. 7 on a felony theft by deception charge due to two prior convictions after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Nyabunguye Tembasi, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on Nov. 6 on sexual assault-fondling and criminal trespass charges after an incident in the Kennedy Apartments building on Thompson Street. According to a complaint in district court, Tembasi is accused of grabbing a woman, over her clothing, in a surprising manner. Previously, he had been trespassed from the building and issued a restraining order in May. Tembasi was also arrested on a public urination or defecation charge after an incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.
Clayton Svendberg, born 1992, of an unknown address, was arrested at 7:17 a.m. on Nov. 5 on a bench warrant after an incident on Storrs Street near The Granite Group.
