Derry Woman Indicted On Drug Sale Charges In Merrimack, Nashua: Court

Plus: Milford man indicted on strangulation charge; Manchester felon indicted on firearm charge; sex offender accused of online identifiers.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

McKenzie Proctor, 22, of Rockingham Road in Derry on four felony sale of controlled drug charges, fentanyl and buprenorphine. The charges stem from incidents on Jan. 17 in Merrimack, Jan. 24, and Jan. 31, in Hudson, and Feb. 16 in Nashua.

Shaun Robinson, 33, of Wilson Street in Manchester on a pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge — a Taurus firearm on Feb. 18 in Hollis. He was convicted on an assault by a prisoner charge in October 2018 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

David Montes-Rodriguez, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua on three felony registration of online identifiers charges. He was accused of failing to report three online identifiers — a TikTok account, a What’s App number, and an Instagram account to the Nashua police on Nov. 5, 2021. Montes-Rodriguez is required to register them due to being a sex offender. In June 2008, he was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Julio Romero, 35, of Knightsbridge Drive in Nashua on a felony unemployment compensation fraud charge. He was accused of failing to disclose that he was working for a landscaping company while collecting benefits.

Kurt Rowell, 36, of Lund Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Palm Street in Nashua on Feb. 12 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Donna Rutherford, 61, of Turnpike Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of acting in concert with Keith Brown in stealing a snowblower from Custom View Property Maintenance, according to the indictment, on Jan. 26 in Brookline.

Carlton Santiago, 46, of Locke Road in Chelmsford, MA, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to kill another man while wielding a baton on Jan. 22 in Nashua.

Jason Santocki, 44, of Myrtle Street in Newport on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of pointing a loaded firearm at another person during an altercation in Pelham on Nov. 9, 2021.

Jairo Santos, 20, of Browning Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on identity fraud, forgery, and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. Between Jan. 26, and Jan. 27, 2021, in Hudson, he was accused of attempting to cash a $5,500 check in another person’s name at TD Bank ATMs in Roslindale, MA, and Boston, MA.
