Atkinson Man Indicted On Hudson Strangulation Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Nashua drug indictments; Milford man accused of accomplice to burglary charge; Manchester man indicted in Merrimack forgery case.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Keith Brown, 57, of Turnpike Road in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of acting in concert with Donna Rutherford to exercise control over a snowblower owned by Custom View Property Maintenance in Brookline on Jan. 26, the indictment said. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges, including two counts of first-degree robbery in Providence, Rhode Island, in May 2009.
Erik Caron, 30, of Main Street in Atkinson on three felony counts of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on May 25, Aug. 16, and Nov. 7, 2021, in Hudson.

Robert Christie, 23, of Powers Street in Milford on a felony accomplice to burglary charge. He was accused of aiding Samuel Stickney by providing transportation to a Hollis incident on Feb. 19.
Jennifer Clark, 34, of Pine River Road in Concord on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Amherst Street in Nashua on Feb. 14 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Elizabeth Coburn, 37, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 6 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on a possession charge in June 2004 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Dylan Conroy, 26, of Speare Road in Hudson on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drops and dropping a baggie outside of a holding cell at the Hudson police headquarters on Jan. 6.
Bret Cooper, 55, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 31, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2012.
David Couturier, 48, of Kelly Road in Salem on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Chevrolet Silverado 3500 pickup truck on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on March 16 after previously being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DOS.
Timothy Cox, 50, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on forgery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,999 to himself from the account of M&J Property Management that he knew was not authorized on Nov. 11, 2021, in Merrimack.
