Felon Indicted On Nashua Threat, Weapon Charges: Superior Court
Milford man indicted on pot-dealing charge; Manchester thief faces another charge after Merrimack mall incident; drug, other indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Eddie Reyes, 21, of Capron Road in Milford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana with intent to distribute charge on Dec. 20, 2021, in Nashua.
Corey Riel, 24, of Radcliffe Drive in Hudson on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused by police of stealing a Yeti mountain bike and Yakima bike rack on Nov. 28, 2021, and a Santa Cruz mountain bike on Dec. 6, 2021, in Hudson.

Stephen Roberto, 36, of Louise Drive in Litchfield on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused by police of deleting information from his cellphone on Aug. 22, 2021, in Hudson after the death of another person.
Craig Riley, 49, of Mulberry Street in Nashua on a sale of a narcotic drug, para-fluorofentanyl, charge on May 28, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on controlled drug act; acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in October 2014.

Alyssa Robichaud, 31, of Russell Street in Nashua on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused by police of selling a stolen Amazon Fire tablet to Goodeed Electronics on July 7, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges twice before.
Katherine Ronzio, 34, of Temple Street in Nashua on possession of methamphetamine-subsequent and possession of fentanyl-subsequent charges, both felonies, on Dec. 21, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a meth with intent to deliver charge in August 2015 in Clark County Superior Court in Washington.
Suzanne Savignano, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Dec. 1, 2021, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a sale of a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Nicholas Shepard, 27, of Prescott Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of stealing items from the Polo Ralph Lauren store at the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall on Oct. 4, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Paige Smith, 27, of Baker Street in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
Shawn Soucy, 51, of Vine Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge, accused of selling a fentanyl and tramadol mix, on Aug. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
Anthony Tidwell, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of exercising control over a woman’s purse who was impaired and unable to manage her property on Sept. 25, 2021, in Nashua.
Jerod Trebian, 43, of Glass Street in Suncook on domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, and convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling and holding a knife against the thigh of an intimate partner, who thought she was going to be killed, on Nov. 12, 2021, in Nashua.
