Former Store Employee that Allegedly Stole $100K, Others Indicted: Roundup

Alleged Nashua, Milford drug dealers indicted, Merrimack man indicted for possession, Manchester felony indicted on weapon, other charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Lawrence Nelson, 31, of Walnut Street in Nashua, for sale of cocaine and sale of crack cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Nov. 18, and Nov. 23, 2015, in Nashua.

Richard Neveus, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua, for two counts of sale of controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on June 9, and June 13, 2016, in Nashua.

George O’Connell, 29, of Melendy Road in Milford, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on March 31, and April 28, 2016, in Milford.

Miguel Perez, 36, currently incarcerated, for sale of counterfeit drug-heroin, two counts of sale of controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, and sale of controlled drug-heroin, second offense, all felonies. The alleged incidents occurred in Nashua on March 3, and March 17, 2016.

Marcus Persons, 23, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug with intent to dispense-cocaine, second offense, a felony, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on June 13, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic in September 2015.

Stephen Pierce, 23, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on April 23, 2016, in Merrimack.

John Plaza, 61, of Holly Avenue in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer ($1,501+). Between September 2008 and December 2015, he allegedly took unauthorized control of currency at Riverside Self Storage in Nashua.

John Polito, 54, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-razor knife, possession of marijuana, and two counts of receiving stolen property. On July 3, 2016, he was allegedly stopped while driving in Hudson in a stolen Volkswagen and was in possession of the weapon and credit cards owned by others. Polito was previously convicted of felony burglary in Merrimack Superior Court in February 2006.
