Merrimack Man Who Allegedly Videotaped Girls Undressing Indicted for Sexual Assault: Roundup
Nashua residents indicted on drug, theft charges, Lowell resident indicted for theft by fraud, and sex offender failed to register.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Anthony Gagne, 29, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, second offense, allegedly on June 20, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in February 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Dennis Gilbert, 51, of Parkinson Court in Nashua, on two felony counts of duty to inform for allegedly not registering as a sex offender between January and June 2016, and May and June 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of failure to register in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in April 2008.
Carlos Gonzalez, 57, of Mulberry Street in Nashua, for three counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, as well as possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, on May 26, May 31, June 2, and June 9, 2016, in Nashua.

John Gregory, 50, of Ledgewood Hill Drive in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-Percocet aka Oxycodone, allegedly on June 23, 2016, in Nashua.
Nicholas Guerrero, 21, with a last known address of High Pine Avenue in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony. He allegedly stole a generator in October 2015 in Hudson.
Sampson Gyebi, 32, of Willow Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by deception ($1,501+). In December 2015, he allegedly used a fraudulent credit card to obtain merchandise from the Best Buy in Nashua.
Derek Hammerle, 32, of Mason Street in Nashua, for felony possession of narcotic/controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on March 4, 2016.
Thomas Herrmann, 53, of Joppa Road in Merrimack for one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault and two counts of felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between January 2012 and December 2013, he allegedly touched a girl.
Justin Hoang, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly on June 29, 2016, in Nashua.
